Compassionate and flexible

A Caring Touch was one of the many companies I researched, and I am so pleased I chose them. [name removed] was at my front door within a couple of hours of calling her to set up a contract and immediately had us on the schedule for the following day. She and her team were extremely helpful in managing such a difficult time. [name removed] was a pro at handling my father in his delicate condition after surgery and helped transport him to appointments with ease. [name removed] knowledge from numerous years as an RN and her compassion as well as her presence overnight in our home were so comforting. [name removed] was attentive and had a listening ear which my father was appreciative of, she was a joy to have in our home. By far the key factor that sets A Caring Touch apart is their flexibility. They did not require a deposit or any kind of payment upfront which was crucial at this time since we were in such a fluid state with my father's recovery. They were very flexible on changing our schedule with them too.
