Unpredictable

The first day the staff member didn't show. The owner sent another staff member days later, she was very good and we called to see if she could come a few days a week. She ended up sick and the owner kept complaining when I would call for a schedule with her about how he may not be in business anymore because he could not get anyone to get to come to work. Never heard from him again other than to email me a bill.

My review of Anderson Senior Care Angels

We chose Anderson Senior Care Angels because they were more flexible with their times. We did have some scheduling issues at the end, but for the most part it was great. I would recommend to others looking.

my experience

They are understaffed and it seems like what they tell us and what they tell the caregivers are 2 different things. They were always late and very inconsistent. I would not recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Everything I was looking for in Caregiving Service

I acquired Anderson’s Senior Care Angels almost 2 years ago. I found them to be exactly what I needed. At the time, I only needed a bit of help with my disabled husband who was still somewhat ambulatory. I needed help with showering him mostly. But I did not feel I needed 20 hrs a week as most places used for their minimum number of hours. I started at two 4/hr days. My husband continued to decline. I now use them 4+ hours a day. I found Anderson to be a very caring, compassionate and reliable company proving me with the most caring, professional, loving person to work with my husband, and myself. At 2 years, I have no complaints whatsoever. They are definitely Senior Care Angels who will try to accommodate your needs as best as they are able. I would highly recommend their services. Professional, reliable, well qualified, caring!!!!
