Their Commutation Needs Improvement, But I'am Satisfied

So far it has been a pretty good experience for my mother with this home care agency. It did take them a while to send to the proper care giver, but our current care giver is great. She helps with cooking, cleaning, and personal care. I'am satisfied with work she does. They do need to improve their communication. Some times it is hard to get in contact with the agency. Overall I'am pleased and I would recommend it.

Compassionate Company

This company cares deeply about its clients. They strive to match the right caregiver to the patient. The staff is compassionate and listens to the needs of their clients. I would recommend them to care for your loved ones. It can be a little hard in the beginning to get that right fit, but they keep trying until they do.

Beware!

First week: Company sent a 20yo pregnant girl who had already given her two week notice. She was late an hour the 1st day, then a no show on the 3rd day. No communication from company. Second week: A new lady showed up unannounced, but we had hope that she would work out. Second week in, a no show on 3rd day. Again, absolutely no communication. Unprofessional, unreliable, and irresponsible.

DONT DO IT

They dont provide proper equipment for their employees. They will not answer the phone when you have questions. They dont not pay their employees. Thats why the turn over rate is so high. Please check all the reviews before choosing this company. The comuncation is very poor with this company. You never know who you are talking to when they finally do get back to you. I also received attitude anytime i had a question. If they can't keep employees how can they run it properly.
