New England Home Care is untrustworthy, disorganized and unprofessional

New Englan homecare is unprofessional, disorganized, and untrustworthy. We have been clients of New England Home care for less than a year, and in that time they had admitted we inexplicably "disappeared" off the schedule. This was discovered by aides no-showing and our having to inform the agency of this and spending hours on the phone each time to get resolution. In addition to their evidencing themselves to be incompetent, they are also untrustworthy and the quality of the individuals sent to our home was questionable at best. I found employee reviews on a site called Glass Door that support this negative review

Untrustworthy, irresponsible unprofessional and disorganized

New England home care administration is disorganized and unprofessional. In the unfortunate time they were in our home, they admitted we were inexplicably "lost" off their schedule several times. The issues were resolved only when aides no-showed and we had to spend hours on the phone straightening it out. That amounts to [removed] of their patient, and since it happened to us 4 separate times, ,it must be concluded it happens often to others as well. In addition, the quality of the individuals sent was questionable at best. This agency is untrustworthy, irresponsible, and not only would I not recommend them I will work very hard to warn others away from them. I read some employee reviews on Glass Door that support the negative review.
