Review for Private Home Care LLC

The care providers did a great job, and the managers were very easy to work with on scheduling. I interviewed two facilities and found the meeting with Private Home care best met my needs.

Very caring people

Private Home Care is very cooperative, super friendly, and they make my aunt feel like she's apart of their family. I don't worry when they're with her, I feel comfortable with them coming into the home. My aunt connected with everyone, but there are a couple caregivers that she really likes because they're a bit more talkative. The food they cook for her could use a little more variety, they tend to make the same things - but that may be attributed to my aunt. They go shopping, run errands, and things of that nature. They'll drive her to appointments & stores using their own car and other times they'll drive hers. I haven't had a bad experience with anyone; they're always on time, always dressed appropriately, and they're very friendly!
