absolutely horrible company/owner

I've worked for him for 3 years off and on. he has never met myself or any of my clients. never asked for tb or cpr documentation. never even asked for my license. no care plans for clients that he's never met. now he's refusing to my my last check when he lives in an almost $500,000 house. pay me my wages and do better Tony Hugh Martin Jr. i will be filing complaints with dept of health, cms, dol, attorney General, Anthem, fssa, and I'm sure there will be more. I've never received a 1099 or w2. he's a scammer and is choosing not to pay me my last check based on a lie that i can confirm. I've given him ample chances to send my money and he's refused and ignored me. now an attorney and the feds will be involved. horrible decision on his part.
