Not for Alzheimer’s patients

I used this company for over a year and a half, I had the same caregiver for over a year, she was great. Spent time with my mom and exercised her. She went off on medical leave. After that, it was a revolving door of people sitting with my mom. I never knew who was coming even though I asked to let me know. I left specific instructions as to my mom’s care. My mom’s confusion continued to get worse. I was instructed by another caregiver company to use the cameras when the caregiver came in, so I did. (They are located in PLAIN site, not hidden) I was mortified at what I saw. My mom slumped over in her chair for the majority of the day, ignored. I immediately asked for a phone call from the manager, she said she was busy. So I sent a detailed text describing above. She replied with, oh, I would be upset too. I will send someone else. I couldn’t believe that was the response I got. Needless to say the next girl was no different. They claim to have Alzheimer’s training, they DO NOT!
