ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ALF - ANGEL CARE - Pompano Beach

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The owners and staff at Angel Care are so loving, caring, and patient. They provided full care to my mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and unable to do anything for herself in the last year. She was truly loved and well-cared for. I felt so much relief during COVID-19 when visitations did not occur as I always knew she was well taken care of. I did not know this type of home care existed until I really needed to find a new home for my Mom. This ALF was a truly a gift to me for my Mom. ANGEL CARE is a small ALF that provides care in a loving clean home with home-cooked meals daily with private or shared rooms. Visitations can occur anytime. Your loved one with recieve the best possible care. I continue to say "THANK YOU" to ANGEL CARE ALF.

Disgusted

Beware of Angel Care...if I could give them 0 stars I would. My father came to this place from another ALF with some furniture and other belongings. He moved in and within a day half of his belongings disappeared. I called the owner and he found out that his primary nurse aid and taken them home in a truck. She literally stole them, after saying I would call the police the items magically returned. My dad did very poorly in this place, he died a month later. Then I asked for my prorated refund of over [removed] dollars and it took the owner [name removed] 2 weeks to send a check after I had to show him the contract and demand it. When I cashed the check it bounced. These people are thieves. Do NOT put your loved ones in there.

My loved one has been there 5 months and I found Angel Care as a true home for her. It is very clean and the meals are excellent. The residence are cared for and never forgotten or ignored. The owner is always on top of everything. I had visited several places before I knew Angel Care was the perfect fit for us.

Great care!

AngelCare was a great facility for my dad. It provided him with individual, personalized care. Great meals and a nice room. The care was great and communication was good as well. I would recommend this facility!
