Happy so far!

We have really been happy with the friendliness of the staff members. Our loved one says nice things about the care she is getting, and every time we come to visit she is clean, well dressed and nails always done. She has told us the meals are really good and they also bring around snacks during the day which she is happy with. They are doing small group activities, they recently went on an outing to Lowe's to pick out flowers. Her and her aid have baked cookies before, and they throw holiday parties. She always has been doing physical therapy and restorative activities and she really seems to be enjoying those.

Bad place

It is so sad to see a place change so face in such a short period of time. I brought my loved one here to be taken care and loved like their own. They were great at first, but I then saw a huge shift in staff turn over. Now there is only a few good employees left. The rest are lazy and do only the basic to get by. The level of nursing care is very low. There use to be amazing nurses who I felt cared about my dad. Now there is only one or two left. The management is very poor too. They used to have an administrator that took care of business. Not any more. That goes for the head nurse as well. They don’t have a clue how to manage their staff. Please think twice about bring your family to this facility.

I am very appreciative of them and the care they took.

This is a very good place. When my loved one came in he was one of the lowest functioning people. He was wheelchair bound, slumped to one side and unable to sit up or speak. When he moved out he was one of the highest funtioning. Vicki Lemke, and the head nurse, the management, they are all awesome. I am very appreciative of them and the care they took.

Very good care here

My loved one had been at this facility for quite a while, and they did an excellent job looking after her. The care they provided here was very good, and the staff were all friendly and professional. The care provided here was a bit more than what she ended up needing and so we looked into other communities, but overall they did a great job.
