The resident's are friendly. The people that work there are real nice. I would only recommend Arlington Plaza to other families if they're not looking for an assisted living.

My tour guide [name removed] was very nice and personable. Rooms have been upgraded but facility is older and I was advised more renovations are coming. Community was diverse and friendly. They even have a salon.

They are raising the rent and have been purchased by another company and they are not being honest. You might be able to find better for your senior clients. The location is beautiful and safe with a lake being nearby. They do have many activities and times when the bus will pick them up to go to the store etc. However, the staff is extremely dishonest. The food is not that good either

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Food has been good. They give you a lot of food the only thing I'd change is. Nothing Parking is good. Rooms are nice and quiet can't hear others. Quite nice place for sure.

Great facility that looks to be improving regularly and with friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint I have heard is that there is a bit of turnaround in the Kitchen so the food quality dips at times.

Facilities are being completely renovated-Pained insider and out. Electrical wiring/plumbing redoing. Safety in all area is now great. Other than comfort in out home/apartment. Food is important. The food is good/week prepared. The cooks/chiefs are receptive to all employees are congenial and welcome our input.

The family is doing great with my sister in law’s move to this community. She is adjusting great. We know she is safe, and in good hands in this community. It’s a nice facility. We had a maintenance issue after the first day and it was fixed by the next day. It’s been a good experience so far.

The staff doesn't care about the residents. There are dangerous residents that fight with other residents. There have been two fires in two months. There is zero quality of care. The administrative staff does not listen to residents or take action when rules are broken.

When viewing the building make sure you see the east side of the building where there is sewage from the kitchen flooring out leaves never being raked up causing slip hazards and health hazards from the stagnated and smelly sewer water they should be ashamed of themselves

Wonderful place with a great staff that really cares about the residents. Good food and activities. I've made a lot of new friendships in the time I've been here. We have many outings scheduled every month, from simple grocery shopping to great activities like bowling or putt-putt golf. This is a wonderful place to live.

I recently had the opportunity to tour this community and was thoroughly impressed by the overall environment. The community is designed with the residents' comfort and convenience in mind. One of the standout features of this community is the vibrant social atmosphere. The activity calendar was packed with engaging events. The staff at the community demonstrated a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction. During the tour, they were friendly, approachable, and eager to answer questions, which reflects a strong culture of support and care. Additionally, the community offers a variety of amenities such as transportation, a gym, beauty salon, and housekeeping, plus the food smelled delicious! Overall, this Independent Living community seems like an excellent choice for my uncle who is seeking a fulfilling, active lifestyle at his age without having to deal with the hassles of home ownership. I highly recommend this community for any seniors looking for a new place to call home!

My community is wonderful. I am accepted for who I am. I am very happy here. People here are no different than any other place. We all have our problems. Management can only do so much. That's why it's called independent living. A new activity director just came on board. She is wonderful. She has a lot of ideas for us to partake in. All in all this is a great place to live.

I have worked at numerous senior living communities and Arlington Plaza, without a doubt, has the most caring staff of any of them. I’ts been such an honor to be at the community through so many changes. When I started there was road construction and then shortly after that we got an internal remodel! Now the place looks great and new equipment is still coming in!! [name remove] are the best and are so easy to work with!

Arlington was able to create a memory for me to last a lifetime. I visited them and was welcomed as if I had been there for years. [name removed] the CSD was very knowledgeable about senior living and I felt heard and understood. Stop by and visit them!

If your senior family member doesn't have much money to live off of, this senior community is your best option for independent senior living. It's a low price because of construction and continuous renovations. It is very peaceful there and in a great neighborhood that is very safe. It's also located right by Arlington lake and park. The staff isn't very proactive when it comes to getting things done, but they are nice, pleasant people.
