We LOVE it here.

We moved in about a month ago, and we LOVE this place. Lovely views, well-laid out, quality throughout. It is priced and designed for older people, and the staff is so friendly, we feel like we are friends. Plenty of activity if you want it, like movie day, exercise room, various group get-togethers. Feels sort of like a really nice hotel. They even pick up our garbage from our door each evening. Great special activity room for large family parties. Elevator is large when you move in. No stairs to climb unless you want to. Close to shopping and a lovely park close by. Not assisted living, which costs a lot, just a great place to live! [Removed]

Happy Resident

We just finished our first year here. We absolutely love it here. The floor plans are designed well. No unusable space. We planted a garden and are enjoying fresh tomatoes and zucchini. Pet friendly. Staff are professional and friendly. No problems if you meet the terms of your lease. Staff are here to keep things running smoothly, not to be your friends.

Don't Believe Everything You are Told During the Tour

We received one story when we toured, and in reality experienced something different upon move-in. For example, the family room, we were told was available on a first come basis, unless we wanted to rent it exclusively for an event. We selected the apartment we did because of its proximity to the family room and our desire to spend the little time left with family as much as possible (time is very limited due to a liver cancer diagnosis). However, after a few weeks we tried to use the family room for the first time and found it is locked and not available on the weekends unless you pay $50. When discussing this with the front office, they did not deny we were told what we were during the tour. But they were committed to the $50 charge policy.

Unfair Rental Practices

If you are late they hit you with high late fees, a 3 day notice to vacate and a bump in your rent. They don't care what your circumstances are. They don't have a heart.

Unfair Rental Practices

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Their fees and contracts are not renter friendly. They have no compassion and don't work with you if you are late with rent or utilities. They charge high rates and late fees if you are late. They are vague in explaining the extras such as, covered parking, etc. They don't explain that this is an extra charge until after you move in and ask. If you are a responsible individual and attempt to give them a heads up on your situation it doesn't matter to them. If you go over your rental and utility due date of the 4th of the month you get moved into a higher bracket of rent and are assessed high late fees and they put a three day notice to vacate on your door. Rent was paid, utilities were going to be paid by an outside party and was late. Slapped with over $500 in fees and higher rent. Don't move in here and have your loved one subjected to this unreasonable situation.
