Good service

We only used them a few times, but our experience with BrightStar was a positive one, overall. My loved ones seemed pleased with the services.

Agency was easy to work with

We used BrightStar Care for three nights. Scheduling with them was easy. The caregivers they sent to my home were courteous and professional. I would recommend them.

Excellent Caregivers

They've been really really good. The care is excellent too. It's been varied things. It started out just being there and making sure my dad didn't fall. They make sure he gets his lunch and they're helping him with a shower. They're also really good about taking him to therapy. I think it's a good value. I've been real pleased with the. They've sent out three different people and they've all been great.
