Allows my Dad to Keep his Independence

They have been great. My dad is 90 years old tomorrow. They go there four hours on Tuesday and four hours on Thursday. He is happy with them because they are enabling him to stay in independent living instead of having to go into assisted living. They mostly help with appointments. A while back he had an accident in the provider's car coming back from a dental appointment, so they made him go to a higher level of care. They professionally explained everything to him so he understood why they needed to charge more. They always do the right thing.
