At Bristol Manor, we strive to create a caring and safe environment where residents receive the care services they need, while retaining as much independence as possible.</p> <p>Located just a couple miles from the Truman Reservoir, Warsaw is surrounded by scenic nature preserves and harbors. Our active residents will love the many walking and biking trails weaving throughout Truman Lake Mountain. Nearby Drake Harbor is the home of many local attractions and festivals, such as Jubilee Days, The Cigar Box Festival, and seasonal Christmas light displays. The quiet, serene Osage arm of Lake of the Ozarks provides anglers with great fishing and boating areas. With so many local attractions to explore, even the most restless residents will always have something to look forward to.</p> <h3>Community Services and Amenities</h3> <p>At Bristol Manor, we keep our caregiver-to-resident ratio high in order to provide the best level of service possible. Caregivers get to know each individual’s medical, physical, and personal needs, and then create a customized care plan. With around-the-clock staff and a Live-In Administrator at each community, residents can have peace of mind knowing they can receive assistance 24 hours a day. Services such as ambulatory, diabetic, and incontinence care are offered around the clock. We provide assistance with daily living activities, like dressing, eating, and bathing, as well as medication administration. Our on-site RN reviews all drug regimens every 90 days to help ensure that each resident stays up-to-date according to their prescriptions.</p> <p>Staying physically, mentally, and socially active is a critical part of living a happy and healthy lifestyle, which is why we schedule a variety of recreational and social activities for residents to enjoy. Join a friendly game of poker, attend a weekly religious service, or come to one of our popular movie nights! New and exciting events are constantly being planned, so no matter what your interests are, we are confident there’ll be something for you to enjoy at Bristol Manor.</p> <p>We understand that some prefer to care for their loved ones themselves, but can’t be around during the day. That is why we offer adult day care services, as well. Our “part-time” residents are able to enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals, medication management services, and engaging activities, just like long-term residents. Have peace of mind knowing your loved one is in great hands, even if you can’t always be there.</p> <h3>Living Arrangements</h3> <p>Private bedrooms are available for every resident so they can enjoy maximum privacy while still having assistance nearby. Each room has a private bathroom, which includes a wheelchair-accessible shower, grab bars, and an emergency call system for safety and convenience. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furnishing and decor to help make the space feel just like home. Pets are welcome, too, so feel free to bring your favorite furry friend along with you!</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>Bristol Manor of Warsaw is a <em>residential care facility</em>, which in the state of Missouri is a facility which provides 24-hour care to three or more residents who need or are provided with shelter, board, and protective oversight, which may include storage, distribution or administration of medications, and care during short-term illness or recuperation. Residents who live in an RCF are required to make a path to safety unassisted.
