Wonderful Facility

My loved one lived here for awhile. Housekeeping wasn't always timely. Our biggest issue was the pricing. It's a la carte vs a flat monthly rate. We put together a package in the beginning and were told the pricing wouldn't change. However, within 4 months the cost went up significantly and became unaffordable for us. We didn't expect that and were disappointed. Ultimately, we had to move our loved one to another facility that was more affordable.

My mom is also on hospice. They are excellent people and keep me well informed. Always asking if we need anything and if I have any concerns. Brookdale is a little shorthanded as is most places but they still find time to listen to any concerns and address them. So all in all I'm am pleased with the care my mom gets. It had gotten too much for me with the dementia. She would take off. She'd pack up the house while I was at work. I don't have to worry about those things now. She's safe. fed. medicated correctly and cared for when I can't be there. Brookdale has been a blessing since family ministries shut their doors.

Our family had an in person tour and this community was just bright, sunny, cleaning and extremely friendly staff. This would of been out first choice but it just boiled down to the price and it was a little to expensive.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They have genuine care for the residents, including my loved one.
Sometimes it was hard to get an answer from the front desk; however, the director was willing to let me know about my loved one.

They did a very good job.
We used Wellington for a short respite stay. I was very very pleased with them, next to being at home it was the very best place for him to be. As a vegetarian, he was happy with the meals, though he does eat fish, I think if we used them again I would ask for low sodium. The only thing was something we had to work with, they had the bed space in the common area, but he needed memory care primarily, and that was a little difficult, but it was a compromise I made going in.

Review of respite care at Wellington Place Greeneville TN
Wellington Place was a very nice facility and the staff were excellent. My mother only stayed for respite but her comment was if you can't be home there is no better place. I found the administrator and marketing staff great in calming all my concerns and giving me the opportunity to leave my mother and feel she was safe and well cared for. They were great.
