Brookdale and Amedisys hospice services worked well together to assure that dad’s level of comfort was maintained as best possible. The facility is clean, pleasant, and the residents seem to enjoy it. I only wish my father could have been able to meet some of them. Although his time there was relatively short, I felt at peace knowing he was in a safe place. \n\nOn [date removed], we had to move him to a hospice house because the level of constant care had required it. He passed away peacefully in the early hours of [date removed]. \n\nMy deepest appreciation to the staff of Brookdale High Point North. And also to Amedisys hospice.
