<p>Brookdale's team incorporates a person-centered approach to care and uses exclusive programming to preserve residents’ abilities and independence. Through the exclusive Clare Bridge memory care program, residents are provided with a minimum of six enriching activities daily. These activities are designed to highlight individual skills and boost social connection, and they include a mix of brain-stimulating and physical activities. The Solace program, meanwhile, supports residents in the late stages of dementia and offers additional time for grooming, as well as sensory activities using music and aromatherapy.</p>
