The Clare Bridge program was established more than 30 years ago and provides residents with opportunities to engage in six daily activities. Whether it’s dancing, walking, or brain fitness classes, there's a structured schedule and engaging activities for the residents to look forward to. The Solace program is similar, however, it is designed to support residents in the late stages of dementia. It provides additional time for grooming, as well as music and aromatherapy. To help alleviate confusion throughout the day, residents’ mealtimes are also managed and kept routine. Residents are able to sit together at the same time each day, and nutritious, dementia-friendly meals are served. If needed, dining assistance is also available. As an added convenience, the community offers residents access to the concierge service, beauty/barber shop, and postal services, which can all be used on-site.</p> <p>Your loved one can also enjoy an abundance of benefits thanks to Brookdale HealthPlus, which offers on-site care coordination overseen by a registered nurse. Here, residents receive personalized care plans and assistance with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, and more.
