Hospice care is available on-site for residents who wish to receive palliative care in their apartments at Brookstone Estates of Fairfield.</p> <p>All meals are prepared by a professional chef and served to residents in the restaurant-style dining room. Dietary accommodations can be made to ensure all residents are happy and healthy.</p> <p>In between meals, residents are encouraged to get involved in community activities and events such as educational speakers, crafts, exercise classes, and more.
