We have outdoor seating areas under our gorgeous gazebo where you can take a load off, read a book or a magazine, or relax with a friend or your beloved pet. You’ll notice that not only are staff members more than welcome to tend to our residents’ needs, but that this focused care translates to a high morale amongst those who call Camas Hills their home.</p> <h3>Living Arrangements</h3> <p>Our building has private and semi-private rooms for our residents, where they can spend their days in relaxing solitude if they choose. There are rooms that catch the light in different ways, so you are permitted to choose which layout feels best for you. Our showers accommodate wheelchair access and are designed for safe movement. We proudly have tasteful hardwood floors throughout the community for easy cleaning.</p> <h3>Onsite Activities</h3> <p>Both indoors and out, there are plenty of options in our community to keep you busy no matter what may suit your mood. Indoors we maintain a daily exercise routine for the well-being of body and mind. Camas Hills has a movie room to screen your favorite films, as well as a crafts room where you can stretch your creative muscles. There are also spaces that we treat as quiet reading rooms, for those who would prefer a more relaxed setting.</p> <h3>Dining</h3> <p>Our dining room is sleek and modern and our chefs prepare delicious entrees for every meal. Switch it up with cuisines from all over the world, with a steady rotation of healthy fares provided thrice daily. We even offer room service dining if our residents decide they’d prefer the privacy of their own space, with snacks and drinks available during kitchen hours. Whatever your taste, Camas Hills delivers healthy and delicious meals to suit it!</p> <h3>Personal Services</h3> <p>Many of our personal services are helpful enough to make residents never need to leave. Camas Hills staff members help make sure all of your personal maintenance is taken care of, including off-site transportation to professional grooming services. If you want to get out for a bit and stretch your legs, we provide complimentary transportation to medical appointments and routine visits, outside events, shopping trips, and restaurants. Full-service laundry is provided, so you’ll never have to concern yourself with detergent or monitoring the wash cycle. Religious services are offered at the community, but if there is an outside congregation you’d like to join, residents can use our complimentary transportation services to travel to a nearby place of worship.</p> <h3>On-Site Care</h3> <p>The care staff at Camas Hills are fully trained and ready to aid our residents with injections and monitor their health markers to tailor medication dosages. We employ registered nursing practitioners who are uniquely qualified to provide insulin injections and other needed medications. Staff are able to monitor oxygen levels and other vital signs as well. We are also able to provide catheter, colostomy, and incontinence care so our residents can receive the aid they require in a dignified manner.</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>Camas Hills Care Home is licensed as an Adult family Home, which is defined as a facility that provides assistance with daily activities, health support services, and intermittent nursing services for two to six residents. Health support services include dementia care and mental health care.</p>
