<h3>Living Arrangements</h3>
<p>Choose your apartment from multiple floor plans. All feature kitchenettes, private baths, spacious closets, individualized climate control, and oversized windows that provide abundant natural light. Your own familiar furniture, photos, and other treasured keepsakes will create a sanctuary that’s unmistakably you. Do you have a little four-legged friend? Bring it along, too. Camino Real Senior Living is very pet friendly.</p>
<h3>Care Types Offered</h3>
<p>Camino Real Senior Living is a <em>Type A assisted living facility</em>. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows:</p>
<p><strong>Assisted Living Facility</strong><br>
A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities:</p>
<p><u>Type A</u>: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted.<br>
<u>Type B</u>: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair.<br>
<u>Type C (Adult Foster Care)</u>: 4-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program. The facility provides supervision and personal care services to residents.</p>
