You walk in and immediately feel comfortable. I know my mom is getting the care she needs but she's not just a Room number or anonymous patient here. Very capable staff and very friendly. I feel secure knowing she's at Carriage Hill.

Our mother has been in this facility for about five months. She is well taken care of by the staff and the place is very welcoming to our family. Best of all she seems very happy. The facility is well kept, and the residents all seem to be looked after in a positive way. any specific concerns that we have voiced have been immediately addressed. Lines of communication are kept open by email and we are kept aware of the calendar of events at the facility. It is of a size that allows us to feel like we know many of the caregivers and especially the administrative staff.

When looking for a place for my family member it was very important that it had the feeling of home. We went to several places but fell in love with Carriage Hill Assisted Living. From the moment we arrived at the facility we felt at home. The décor is welcoming and invites you in from the moment you walk through the doors. The administrator, [name removed], is a warm compassionate person who treats the residents like family. The entire staff, from the nurses to the kitchen helpers, attend to the needs of each resident. If the need ever arises that I need a place, I have already directed my family that my wish is to be at Carriage Hill Assisted Living.

We recently moved my father in law in and he has acclimated nicely. All we hear about is how nice everyone is! And he loves the trips and activities during the day…especially the ice cream drives!!! Thank you all for helping to make this transition as smooth and pleasant as possible!!!!

As soon as you walk into the Carriage Hill assisted living home it becomes obvious that management/the owners are dedicated to providing a safe and clean environment for its residents. Activities are plentiful if you choose to participate. My family believes the Carriage Hill staff provides the best care possible for our loved one and would recommend them whole heartedly.

We used a referral service while searching for a residence for Mom. We received a list of 6 facilities to investigate and Carriage Hill rose to the top of the list almost immediately. We were immediately impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the facility and the fact that it is a small business operated by a sister and brother team who are onsite almost every day. The staff is very pleasant, friendly, and cheerful and we were greeted very warmly. After a short time on their wait list Mom moved in about 3 weeks ago, and she is thriving there. They offer a variety of activities daily and have in house service providers for pedicures, hair styling, dental hygiene, hearing aid cleaning, and more that Mom is able to take advantage of. Our family feels very good about this decision because we know she is being very well cared for, engaged socially, and offered many opportunities to go on outings to interesting area attractions. We highly recommend Carriage Hill Assisted Living.

From the beginning of finding a place to moving in to Carriage Hill everyone was there to help us. The patient and caring interview prior to the move with the new resident helped alleviate much of the fears in leaving a home of many years. After only a few weeks of adjustment this has become a home away from home. Visiting is never a problem. No more worries now because she has around the clock care to keep her safe and healthy.

We are very pleased with the personal care that my Mom receives at Carriage Hill. There are only 24 residents which helps give it a more homey feel. I find the facility to always be clean and the staff to be very caring and friendly. Residents get a monthly calendar listing activities and are encouraged to participate in as many or few as they wish. Although nine thousand a month is expensive my family feels it is worth it as Mom is happy there.

My mom has been living at Carriage Hill for about 2 years. I visit her frequently and really enjoy seeing the care that she receives and the amenities Carriage Hill has to offer. Not only is the staff wonderful and patient, but there are a variety of activities available each week to engage my mom. Some activities are inside the facility, while others are field trips to local restaurants and events. While mom doesn't partake in everything, I do feel there is something for everyone. I also notice the care that my mom receives, and it is comforting to my entire family to know that she is in a facility that is paying attention to her needs.

My experience with Carriage Hill staff has been excellent. From admission, working with the insurance/billing, through continuing care; everyone has been professional, caring, and welcoming. The environment is just the right size. Other facilities I looked at felt too big. I was afraid my loved one would be "out of sight" from staff or might find navigating the layout too confusing. It's always a difficult decision, so finding the right place where your family member is treated well makes all the difference. The ultimate satisfaction is when they tell you they are happy.

The facility is beautiful, my parents are happy there, and the staff is great! It's comforting to know that my parents are being taken care of so well. I enjoy visiting my parents there; it's like a home-away-from-home.
