It's an excellent place for that transition.

It's an excellent place for that transition. The floorplan is a good floorplan. The maintenance of the building is not great, but it's acceptable. They do a relatively good job of maintaining the facility but it could be cleaner, and they could do some upgrades. They have tons of activities. They are very friendly and available. I chose them because I liked the downtown location. They do have some parking but there is a waiting list for parking spaces. They have a program from the city of Spokane, that you can get an all day parking space.

What a [removed] Show

I prayed my way into Cathedral Plaza Apartments, now I am praying my way out. The community is now made up of drug addict, alcoholics, people with severe mental health issues. It is located in an area of downtown that is inundated with homeless people. In recent years neighbors have been robbed at gun point and have been spit in the face by the homeless. The manager has spent thousands on security cameras but with no one assigned to monitor the cameras they do not solve crime, they record it. The manager has a 40% or less approval rating of the current residents and he tries to manage the residents while doing a horrible job of managing the property. Look elsewhere for your home, I am.

Very Nice

It's in downtown Spokane. It's really nice but there was only a one bedroom available and we wanted a two bedroom.
