Cedar Springs review
I never saw the staff or the care provided. There are no meals provided. The cost went up every year or less. If you got lots a money and can do everything for yourself, then yes I would recommend this community to other families. The do the lawn can and repairs on a schedule.

Cedar Springs review

Has room for improvement!
Overall experience was ok . The cleanliness was good and I keep my apartment clean myself. The Community Center is very clean and organized. The staff I am a bit uncertain how to rate them so I will just say they are ok. Activities are lacking as there is just about NO activities. There has been some changes in the personnel and only one person tries to get things going. There are no trips planned not much going on in this area. The fund for crafts are not available so crafts had to stop. You just cannot do crafts for ten or twelve people on [fee removed]. Also the lawn is not getting mowed as often as it should and there are dead trees that need to be replaced and these are very visible to anyone who drives in. The dust created by a Construction Site next to our complex has created dust so bad you can hardly see at times.

Our Experience
My loved one is a resident at Cedar Springs and most everything has been great. However, it's always hard to get someone from the office on the phone. I feel like calls need to route to someone even if no one is physically at the office.

Would Recommend Cedar Springs
I'm having a difficult time adjusting due to my own personal circumstances. But as far as the apartment goes, it is very nice and I have fixed it up really nice.

Cedar Springs Experience
My mom went to the clubhouse (after building up the courage to go and meet new people) and was spoke to very rudely and shown out the side door. From what my mom says, [name removed] is no help and not very nice. My mom has very bad anxiety around people so it took her a lot to go to the clubhouse and to be treated the way she was by whoever was there was not okay.
The apartment sizes here are great size and great quality.
I would not currently recommend- we pay $[removed]- for a place to live - and thought it would be a good place for Mom, but turns out she is miserable.

Can you please contact me directly via email or phone at 479-616-9999 so I can address this directly both to you and the employee in question. This all comes as a very big surprise as our Event Coordinator who does all events and we have only received glowing reviews about her and her events. I would like to get this addressed but without any names, I do not know where to start. We also do not use the side doors at all as they are locked and used for emergency purposes only, so I would really like to get this resolved. It is in no way acceptable for any of our residents to ever be treated like this and we would really like to be able to get to the bottom of it but I don't have anything to go off of to start that. I am the owner, so please contact me directly. I am not sure APFM is going to block out my contact info, but it is readily available online and many places throughout the property. Please contact me so this can be addressed immediately and your info as well as your moms will remain confidential with myself.

Hello! If you would mind please contacting me directly regarding your issues? Its very hard to address complaints that don't have much info or resident names. I do see that you rated the value with 2 stars but we are actually below market prices for being an all inclusive property, especially with the cost of utilities doubling in the last two years and us opting to do no rent increases until 2022 due to covid and hardships we know everyone was facing. The Community Itself is Great, The Management in Bentonville is Terrible
The office staff weren't friendly and made threats about having me investigated. The community building and garages overall are good; however, the staff is horrible, non-responsive, and not cooperative. The activities director is great!
The checks that the residents are paying their rent takes 2-4 weeks for the community to deposit. The community is now wanting additional money from me. The staff didn't show up when they told me they were going to review things with me.

Hello! Thank you for addressing your concerns with us. It is hard to determine what to address and to who without knowing the resident that was involved. After talking to management and looking through all resident files for the last 2 years, we cannot find where anyone would have been investigated or threatened with it. We did have one issue with a resident who submitted fraudulent identification and financial documents to us who ended up putting a stop payment on her rent checks and left without paying after being there for months and breaking her lease. In this circumstance, the resident told us about hard times and her son not giving her any money so we worked with her so she would have somewhere to live and not go back to being homeless. We also moved this person in on a compassion case when she told us a relator stole from her and he has been homeless, which was the fraudulent documents submitted. In this case, yes, we did let them know that even though they left, they still would have to pay for the lease and her bad checks needed to be reimbursed. Thius came after months of working with her and her payments. I am not sure if this is who is writing the review, but when it mentioned "investigated" it was the only thing that came to mind.

maintenance work is wonderful I am disappointed about getting response from management early on about issues with my rent account. After having compression fracture in back, knee replacement, and hip surgery I am very careful
