Disappointment and betrayal

I was going to place my mother at CHRIST and CANDLES, effective [Removed]. MY family liked the idea of a CHRISTIAN theme at the home. We had discussed the possibility that mother may have a MRSA infection on her legs. That was being cared for by [Removed] specialist and [Removed] nurse she was being seen twice a week and her legs were bandaged. She tested positive again for MRSA right before the appointment to move her there. At this point the owner of pricing candles refused to take mother siding protection of his other clients. That was understandable ,but my grievance is he refused to pay back the first month's rent. Saying non-refundable. I of course disagree with that because he backed out of the contract not me. The amount of money listed was the first months rent for September as an incentive to get my mother to stay there the typical month's rent was discussed at $3,100
