It's been an adjustment

Moving dad into Eaton Place has been a great experience. It was definitely a struggle getting him to agree and although he complains a lot I'm sure it will work out! They have taken great care of him so far which gives us a peace of mind. I am very thankful to have found them!

Terrible

I would not recommend this place to any one I have Family that lives their and they are treated like animals, they can’t do this can’t do that , it’s almost treated like a locked facility tenants are being bullied and mentally harassed by this company that owns the place. From what I have seen and heard from different tenants they are afraid to say anything as they are told if you don’t like it move terrible way to treat people. I would say the average age is 82 and they are not even aloud to use the wash room out side of laundry room as it has been locked for Months with signs on door saying out of service and not working. Disgusting.

not good

Eaton Place was good a few years ago but the atmosphere has really changed, they cut the heat in the front common room so the tenants won't hang out there, the lights are dimmed in the hall and the front door handicap button is a hit and miss. Can't have bird feeders or anything on doors, in case it damages the paint. Overall I would not recommend this place, its also badly managed with iffy charges and a bad caretaker who is a control freak and I don't feel likes older folks.
