Come join us at Emerald Gardens of Woodburn and be treated like family! We are proud to provide assisted living and memory care services to our residents in our beautiful home in Woodburn, Oregon. We are conveniently located near area shopping, restaurants, and medical centers to help ensure residents stay connected to the greater community. It is our goal to help all residents live a healthy, balanced life in our comfortable mountain-style lodge.
We know that no two residents are alike which is why we are proud to provide a variety of services and help you come up with an individualized care plan that meets your needs. We specialize in memory care, diabetic care, incontinence care, and medication management and our staff is specially trained in memory care to help residents dealing with memory-related conditions feel as comfortable and safe as possible.
All residents enjoy three chef-inspired meals per day in our state-of-the-art dining room. We know the importance of delicious and nutritious meals and are happy to make accommodations to dietary restrictions. In between meals, many of our residents enjoy our indoor and outdoor common spaces and activity calendar.

The staff [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are very accommodating and were very helpful explaining the steps to moving my father into his apartment. Can't thank them enough. They continually go out of the way to support all the little issues and questions I have.

My loved one is doing well here with excellent care. The community is good at communication day or night. My loved one is able to move freely within the memory care unit. They are getting mediation and medical care that they need. The caregivers know what each resident needs. It is a smaller community.

From our first communication to move in day, this went great! [name removed] is wonderful to work with and helped us tremendously! The staff has been great and the nurses have gone out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable! Super happy!!!!

We did not have the best experience at Emerald Gardens. My mom had a UTI, they ended up kicking my mom out of the facility after a month and we had paid a 2K community fee and we did not get it back. I will say that they were the cheapest we could find and it was nice on the inside and outside.

So far we are pretty happy at Emerald Gardens, it is a good place and the value seems to be okay. However, with COVID we are on lock down and cannot do any of the activities so it has been difficult.

When I think about places that I would like to have my loved one stay in, I also think "would I like to stay there?" The answer is yes to Emerald Gardens. There are many reason but I think it safe to say that the communication with [name removed] has been most impressive. Highly recommend a tour!

I highly recommend Emerald Gardens in Woodburn OR. They offer assisted living and memory care along with respite care. The staff is very caring and are always willing to help my mom. She lives in assisted living and needs some extra attention at times. The caregivers never make her feel guilty or at fault. They always assure her that they are there to help her anytime she needs them. They offer fun things for the residents to do but they make sure they stay distant from each other. They are very diligent about keeping everyone safe from disease. They are always open to helping me take care of my mom since I'm not able to visit with her. They are always patient with my questions and concerns. Please contact them if you have someone you love that needs the extra care they can provide.

The staff are so caring and go the extra mile for their residents. I'm always impressed with the attention that they give to each one. As an outside provider, I love working with the residents and the staff at Emerald Gardens.

I could not ask for a better place for my mom to be. This year has been difficult (Understatement) at best. Mom has had challenges and we are blessed to know that everyone takes excellent care of her. We have not been able to be there as much as we would like. My Dad would say....give your Mom hugs. She needs lots of hugs. I can tell you that the hardest part of this is not being able to give Mom hugs. However, the staff (who could quite easily be family) have stepped in for us. When I see Mom light up when the caregivers show up my heart is happy. It's the hug I would like to give in the form of her caregivers. From the bottom of my heart....thank you. God bless you for keeping mom safe during these difficult days.

Facility clean, bright, cheerful atmosphere. *Staff members (all-caregivers, food service, admin, maintenance, housekeeping.) are friendly, welcoming, professional and capable of just lovely!! Respect for residents and family ongoing!! Grateful for them all!!

[Name removed] was very helpful in explaining all that goes into moving a loved one into assisted living or memory care. The facility is very nice and the staff very pleasant. [Name removed] was with me and he interacted with some of the residents there.

I moved my loved one from another facility to Emerald Gardens. We couldn't be happier! The staff are extremely caring and treat us like we are part of a family. His clothes are always clean and neatly folded in his closet. His bed is always made. There are a lot of activities that my loved one is involved. I'm always invited to the activities and when I visit my loved one, he always has a story to tell me about what "he's done". My loved one is in memory care and he likes Emerald Gardens.

My mother moved from MI to Emerald Gardens 6 months ago. They had everything ready for her the day she moved in. The staff made her feel welcome and continue to care for her like she is family. They communicate with me to keep me informed so we work as a team to keep mom comfortable. She really enjoys the weekly scenic bus trips they take and I really like all the special events they have that includes family. It's a wonderful place. My only suggestion would be to make some improvements to their food menu.

Excellent home! I feel like the best largest group of caring individuals, kind knowledgeable most caring kind caregivers in one place in all my life of working. Truly amazing!! Only problem is food frequently arrives cold. Food is very good long wait often between servings. As with all health services short of staff at times. Management is very responsive to concerns as anew resident concerns about food are already working on being corrected within one week of arrival.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They all know the residents by name and show respect when talking to Mom. The facility is clean and there are always activities going on throughout the day to keep the residents busy. It is a smaller community, so I feel like she gets a little more personalized care than at a bigger facility. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, smaller forever home for their loved one.

While the place is nice and the staff is friendly as well as personable, the move-in has been a hard adjustment for my spouse. Because of the painting going on my spouse has had to stay in his room secluded for the past couple of days. I hope his experience changes though after the painting is completed. Besides that the facility seems nice and I expect it to be more enjoyable.
