Espanola House, llc<br><br>We are Caring hearts providing you with the peace of mind you deserve.<br><br>Espanola House is a newly remodeled Adult Foster Care home nestled in the City of Parchment near Kindleberger Park, downtown Kalamazoo, and close to Borgess Hospital and emergency services. <br><br>We are a family style home, with onsite 24 hour care supervision so you can rest assured that your loved one will never be left alone. While we have plenty of opportunities for group activities like yoga, noting that participation is not required. As with any great family, not everyone wants to do the same thing, so we endeavor to provide a supportive and inclusive environment. We even have family style dining that can be adjusted to accommodate special diet needs. Each resident has a customized care plan which includes a medication management program, social opportunities, and life enrichment programs. Additionally we utilize a visiting physician and on-call registered nurse with optional supportive services such as: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Podiatrist, Mobile Health Services, and in Home Hospice support.<br><br>In our newly renovated home, we offer private (one semi-private) rooms that each resident may furnish to help give it that home away from home feel. All residents are on the main floor walk out level which has a fire and smoke warning system including pull stations and fire extinguishers in key locations. Entrance and exits are alarmed and monitored for resident safety.<br><br>Schedule a no obligation home tour and information session where you can get the answers you need to make the right decision for your loved one.<br><br><br>Payment options: Long Term Care Insurance, VA Benefits, Private Funds, and combined support through Carewell Services.
