This is the best RCFE type facility by far. From the caretakes to the owners, the food, integrity and honesty, we found nothing else that compared to them in South Redlands. And we were right!

Experienced Caretakers

Your family member will get great care here because it's more of a one on one type of facility. They have the same caretakers instead of new ones all the time. This makes a huge difference in the care. Caretakers are well trained.

We visited both locations of European Homecare in Redlands. We also visited another facility on Pacific Street but bypassed one in Angeles oaks. We did not visit any large facilities. So if that is what you are after visit European Homecare. The Franklin location is where we placed our family member because the Henrietta location didn't have any availability. The care and reliability speak for themselves. It was worth the wait. We didn't get a true feeling with the other facilities we visited. We would do it all over again.

The Leader of Facilities

Wonderful place. Wonderful consistent care. There are some facilities in town that sell you on their facility with a lot of big talk and an emotional sell. Be wary of this. European Homecare on Henrietta is the real deal when it comes to on- hand care of both the owners. The location can't be beat. They don't have different caretakers all the time, either. Transportation on site. We are more than happy with our decision.

Best in town!

After looking all around town, hands down this is the best facility. What they say is what they do. Care remains consistent with promises. Will work with you regarding any extra fees you have an issue with.

The home looks very nice. They charge on a service for fee basis. the costs add up very quickly. I received conflicting information from the husband/wife team. They push their own hospice when we weren't even inquiring about it. But the house is remodeled nicely.

Nice Home

Very nice home and the people were very nice. It seemed like when we were talking to them about prices instead of just giving us a full price for all the services we needed, they would just keep adding charges and it quickly escalated to over $3,000. They have very nice rooms and the yard was very well taken care of. The only negative was the way they charge.
