I cannot recommend this place with any confidence at all. My father came out worse than he went in and had to be readmitted to the hospital. We have actually filed a complaint with the state regarding his care.

Nightmare

Absolutely do not go here nor send your loved one here. It's dirty and chaotic with inedible food and substandard care. Frightening. My loved one declined here and he could hear the staff fighting with each other about their mistakes around his care. No hyperbole. The staff yelled for each other, complaining all the while. They rolled their eyes at his needs and told him "Hurry up. You're taking too long." He cannot walk or move on his own. This was horrifying day after day. We worked very hard to move him. Finally, Fairfax said they were discharging him - a surprise to us. On the day and time of the transfer to a new facility, no one showed up - no van, no staff member. We were waiting and calling and finally were told "The Caseworker must be sleeping." Zero stars across the board. Sounding the alarm.

Chaos

It was chaos. Because my husband couldn’t speak – people didn’t take enough care of him. The clothes he had went missing. It took them ten days to get his admission paperwork done. It was complete chaos.
