The staff cares for her very well and make sure that she is taken care of all her needs and her desires. My mother was most concerned that she would not feel at home. The staff has not only made her feel at home but have also became like family to her. When visiting she always talks about her new adopted family and all the fun they have. The amount of peace that I receive knowing she is loved and cared for can never be explained.

My grandma has been living here for years. My grandpa passed away in 2016 and then my mother 2 months later and she had to move in here because she needed help. The place is very clean and my grandma likes it a lot. She just turned 99 years old and is doing great. I feel thankful for everyone there.

My son and I have attended a few Halloween and Easter parties and always have the best time. You can tell how much thought goes into it for the residences. The staff is always very friendly aswell. We will continue coming for special events. And would definitely suggest Fairmount to family and friends.

We had a family member in need of an Assisted Living and we toured several locations in the South Dayton Area. Fairmont Senior Living stuck out above the rest, due to the staff. The building is in a wonderful, quiet, safe location. The exterior and interior are very up to date and well kept. Our first interactions were with [name removed] , who was a pleasure to deal with. She was very direct and upfront towards all of our questions. You could tell she cared that our family member was going to have the right fit for their needs! The Care staff has been wonderful! [name removed] & [name removed] arity have been with the community for YEARS, which is comforting to know! We feel comfortable knowing they are responsible for the care of our loved one. The rest of the staff (front desk, maintenance, kitchen, activities, office) have always been welcoming with a smile on their faces. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and activities provided at Fairmont. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed by a warm and friendly team of staff members who truly care about the well-being of each resident. The community offers a variety of engaging activities that cater to my mother’s interests and abilities, which has helped her maintain a sense of independence and joy. There’s always something to keep her stimulated and involved. The social events are a wonderful opportunity for residents to connect and build friendships, and I’ve seen how much it lifts my mother’s spirits. Not to mention how much she loves the activity director, [facility removed]! The staff go above and beyond, not only meeting her physical care needs but also fostering a caring and compassionate environment that makes her feel safe and valued. Overall the staff is very attentive and friendly. Meals are good. Activities are numerous and scheduled 7 days a week. Facility is clean and well maintained inside and out.

My family I & chose Fairmont to care for my father. It was not a good choice. His room was usually dirty & messy. His feet would be black from the floors. I brought my own mop to keep in his room. The food did not look appetizing, and I know my dad did not care for it. Unfortunately, that was not the worst part of our experience. Every time we came to visit, aids were sitting around on their phones. No one would even acknowledge us when we came to visit. My dad declined immediately after moving in. After a couple of weeks, he started falling a lot & had continued to decline rapidly. He had 2 ER visits in one week. At the 1st ER visit we were told that he was dehydrated, but the home refused to do anything about that & asked us to remove him within 6 days. He never recovered after the 2nd ER visit. He was so dehydrated that his kidneys failed. He passed away after 3 days in the hospital. No one from the home has ever called us to check out n him. He was only there 3 weeks.

They really do care about the residents and try to be at their best everyday. As with all assisted livings, finding good qualified staff is very difficult these days. We were fortunate to have hospice as an additional level of care for my father during his time at Fairmont. My father passed away at Fairmont in [date removed]. He was there 4 months as he battled endstage Parkinson's and dementia

the common areas are nice, but the rooms are old and outdated with poor lighting and amenities. windows bolted shut in room so could not even get an inch of fresh air. some nice staff, however many residents seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. same issues our loved one had at home persisted here such as not changing clothing or showering which was part of the reason for moving to a place like this. staff pushed for additional services that were not wanted such as hospice. residents smoking at the front door is kind of a turn off. Cinnamon was wonderful.

I give them all 5's! These people are great. My brother- who complains about everything- had no complaints about the Fairmont. His caregivers did a great job, and he was very happy there. He even liked the food! I would highly recommend Fairmont of Washington Township to others.

The facility is well maintained recently did some renovations, There are daily activities and frequent outings, the cost is reasonable based on other facilities we toured. The only issues we have had is that it takes at times a significant amount of time for call lights to be answered and Mom has frequent falls so this is my biggest concern and with her dementia she doesn't always call for help so it would be nice to know she was checked in more frequently.

Excellent people, facility, always making improvements; care about their residents. Extremely patient and understanding of their residents and care. Glad they are there. We certainly could not do the job they are doing. Facilities looked better than others and staff were available, knowledgeable and answered questions. Also having 2 week Respite Stay was accepted over the other that wanted a 30-day stay.

Our path to Fairmont of Washington Township - was not smooth- on our end. (Our problems were highly unusual) I really appreciated that the Fairmont really stuck with us. They never quit on us - while 5 other facilities just ghosted us. We are impressed with their care. We are also impressed with their ability to deal with anything. Our loved one - goes early for meals - so he likes the food. The staff also can discuss what he's eating, (the previous place did not feed him.) so we like that. The staff seems to genuinely like him We do recommend Fairmont of Washington Township to others.

Fairmont of Washington Township is a warm and welcoming community. Lovely interior spaces with room for all kinds of activities. Pleasant walkable grounds that are handicap accessible. Excellent oversight by medical staff. Care is provided for each individual's needs. Delicious meals and snacks prepared and served by an attentive chef and staff. Onsite and offsite activities are provided including seasonal and holiday events for family and friends. Space is available for private family parties. Visiting musicians , choral groups, lecturers and various church groups. An animal friendly facility including a delightful house cat who visits with residents. Definitely a facility that checks all the boxes,

We love Fairmont Senior Living of Washington Township. My sister was diagnosed with FTD (Front Temporal Dementia) in 2018. Last August we realized she needed to be placed in a Memory Care Facility. At Fairmont we were very impressed. Each resident has their own room/bath and a nice closet. The dining room is elegant, and they can choose their own meals. Occasionally they are taken to local restaurants. They have various activities, such as local musicians and singers. My sister is very happy there as she has made friends, and sometimes helps other residents.

We picked this community, because it was close to my daily travel. It saved time and everyone was very helpful. It's a clean facility and they are engaged in my moms treatment and well-being.
