terrible cigarette and poor management

the cigarette smoke is almost unbearable - my parent lives there and has to be subjected to the cigarette smell coming from the rooms, flowing throughout the hallways and also into my parents room. it is discusting and dont understand how they allow this - or they should have planned it and put all of the smokers together on top floors. it is an unhealthy environment for old people to be in. dont they know that second and third hand smoke is almost worse for the lungs. my parent never feels good when there and when out in fresh air, during nicer weather is much better. also, the lady that runs the place is never there and when there she runs her ow private business out of the place also, they seem to hold out for Sr. tht can pay the higher rent.. i thought it was gov. funded in some way? it does not seem to be flowing to the Sr. that need it.

Clean. Hallways were really narrow: extremely barren and claustrophobic. I have been in senior housing buildings with same apartment layout before. Apartments nice, great use of closet space, great use of windows. But hallways way way too narrow. No sense of community though activities posted. Did have a nice exercise room though with donated equipment, cable, but No tv in there to watch.... Actually felt like low income housing.

Not suitable for me as the apartments are much too small similar to the Summer Hill Apartments.
