Upon arrival, residents and guests will be delighted by our cozy location, surrounded by well-established neighborhoods, luscious green trees, and our lovely manicured grounds. We’ve established a personalized and compassionate system of care since 2010, ensuring that every resident is well taken care of. We understand how difficult it is to transition into assisted living—our staff comprises skilled healthcare professionals that can aid residents with their activities of daily living, medication management, and other needs that may be required for optimum comfort. We’re a pet-friendly environment, and welcome your furry friends to join our community as well!</p> <h3>Community &amp; Amenities</h3> <p>Our community is designed to tailor to the varying needs of our residents. In consideration of assisted living requirements, we’ve also developed a blueprint of services and amenities that provide our community with an exceptional living experience. We provide three nutritious meals daily, access to indoor and outdoor common areas, and a host of other services and amenities, such as:</p><ul> <li>Regularly scheduled on-site social activities</li> <li>On-site devotional services</li> <li>Transportation</li> <li>Swimming pool</li> <li>Hot tub</li></ul> ...and more!<p></p> <h3>Living Options</h3> <p>We currently offer one-bedroom units, and companion units for those that may wish to have a roommate. All of our units are equipped with wheelchair access, and WanderGuard™ capability to help ensure the safety of every resident. We have a 24-hour awake staff available to attend to any time-sensitive needs throughout the day. We also provide long-term care, respite care, palliative care, and hospice care for residents who may need personalized accommodations during their experience with us.</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>Gift of Grace Care Home is a <em>residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE)</em>, which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as <em>assisted living facilities</em> and <em>board and care facilities</em>.
