We her family do too! \n\nIt’s small l, so staff and residents alike all know each other and the families who visit. It has given my mom the sense of community and belonging she really needed. When we visit, staff will approach us by name and mention things about my mom we might want to know about (for example, her eye looked a little swollen yesterday). And it’s so common t see staff step out of their formal roles to help a resident. The staff each really care. \n\nIt’s beautiful yet relaxed… like living at a new airy lodge at Whistler. Think high ceilings, fireplaces, bright spaces. The food is fabulous and by menu. We as family like to join my mom for meals and it’s really great value. \n\nThe activities are far more than my mom can keep up with and gives her such a sense of purpose and meaning. We joke but it’s sort of true: it’s like living on a cruise ship on land.
