Not As Expected

I would recommend you stay away from Hannah Walker Place. We ended up moving my loved one out of the community due to the lack of care towards the residents. The caregivers didn't take the infections that my loved one had seriously enough. We moved my loved one out specifically after them being in and out of the hospital multiple times. Hannah Walker Place refused to do an assessment on my loved one after leaving the rehab hospital due to my loved one having higher care needs than they could provide.
