They have been outstanding!

This is a great place. I have no problems with them at all. The people are great. The staff is great. They bend over backwards to help. They are always working with my loved one. The meals are great as well. When I walk in it always smells wonderful. I recommend Happy Valley Care Home. They have been outstanding. I can't say enough about them. This is a wonderful community. I rate them 5 stars across the board.

One of the co owners, I think his name is [Name removed] is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. I was so kindly talking to this man about pricing and after a minute of discussion he was yelling at me saying I had overstepped my boundaries and at one point started saying I was the one who was rude. After that I grabbed my things and left the trim in tears. About 1 week later I moved my husband the next day as I felt the workers and his family would not give my husband the care he needed due to this absurd event. I feel this man should be fired and I hope he is never allowed to deal with customer service ever again.
