Much worse than you pay for

You do get a pool that's not worked but 4 months during my several years here; you get appliances with major issues; a single dumpster that over flows 4 days of the week and is dangerous if it came tumbling out onto a disabled senior. Here we have a roach issue. Not I'll spray it and we can move on, but a they're all in the wall and floors and it's a never ending battle with every resident joking about only seeing 2 or 3 a day in the winter. Also the owner is rich. I mean born with a golden spoon in the mouth rich. He couldn't relate to your problems in any form and could care less. It's about raising the rent, and not doing much with what could be a nice place. Although it is in a one blinking light town far from medical help and decent priced grocery stores. I'm stuck because the lease is illegal and you can't fight wealthy people. This is a bad place to live. It is safe as far as crime, but there's no services either. Don't let them say they have a van. It never moves.

highly recommend

The place is very secure, which makes me feel very safe having my mom there. My mother is 91 years old, and they have very good activities that keep her busy. The staff there is outstanding. It is really everything that mom wants and more. They provide transportation, have a doctor on call, etc. I would highly recommend Hatton House.
