Very happy with our choice

When your loved one is here, they treat you in the highest regard. I go in to visit everyone knows my name and knows my mom personally. It is a warm and inviting environment. They are working on the menus to add more fresh vegetables and fruits rather than having more high carb meals. They have on site doctors and everyone working here is certified. They are rated highly with Medicare. They have a lot of amenities provided such as a beauty salon, pharmacy, pediatrist, etc. We really only have to take her off site for specialty appointments. My mom has a private room and it is big enough for her to have her chair, her walker, wheelchair, etc. She also has a private bathroom. We would recommend to others in a heart beat.

It was awful!

It was awful! The staff was horrible, they did not communicate with me at all. I would go in and he would be in his wheelchair slouched down and having trouble breathing, looking like he had been there for hours. I did not trust them at all, I was there all the time. They were just doing nothing, they were just leaving him in the bed. They took him to the hospital and they didn't even tell me he went, I found out the next day.
