Shamefull

Went to visit a friend, I will never go back!!! Halls are dark, tiles off floors. Garbage room piled up, floor tiles coming off floor, with shoes sticking to floors. Four story building, only two are visible, two stories actually under ground. If you do something manager does not like, will not renew your lease. These people are scared to say a word. Where are the health, state, county, that are supposed to look after these people??? Justice will be served at some point.

nothing but low class degerates living here

The place has bed bugs and there are police here several times a week. This past week a tenant was walking around with a kitchen knife and management does nothing about it. They will rent to any low life just to get rent. If you are used to low life [Removed] you will be right at home. The bed bugs were at first in the community room and on the third floor in one apt. They spread uptsairs and it takes management several weeks todo anything. There have been 18 property managers here since 2005 and the two in tHe office now are the worst ever. They should be fired. The building is dirty laundry rooms are dirty amd machines are old and dont dry or clean clothing. The parking field is all broken and handicapped spots are usually blocked to you cant walk up the curb because people park over the lines.

BED BUGS & BULLIES

If you are looking for a +55 community whose motto is "IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY HERE, MOVE", who not only ignores reports of BED BUGS, but LIES to its residents about the infestation; who allows elementary school age children to live here; who allows a new resident, of the same heritage as the Manager to dictate rules for the community, then Heritage Village, a CIS Company is the place for you. There are 87 apartments, 15 which are or about to be empty, there's plenty of openings. The Manager talks about the residents to other residents, she told me she would like to throw the 4th floor BED BUG resident out and wants to help him pack. Fair Housing, hah! They have no idea what goes on here.
