Horrible nursing home.

Terrible place. Several of the employees working here are sitting around while the person is sitting at lunch area and some of the patients need assistance to eat. Some of the patients spill the food unable to feed themselves. Many times when we visit our relative we find our relative urinated and very wet and we have to tell the employees to clean and change them. The place smells horrible like urine on the floor or on the bedcovers of the patients. They have changed management several times in the years our relative has been there and the same problems are still present. The patients loose clothing, and other belongings and never to be found. It is frustrating having our relative in an environment like this. We are paying for these services but some of the employees act as though they are not paid well or just don't care. Please have this place inspected!
