Happy place!
I am happy here. The staff, in my opinion, is a very good team. As with any facility, there are some issues, but overall, it is a good place to live.
The apartments are various room sizes and designs from studio to 2 bedroom. The grounds are safe.
There have plenty of activities from exercise to games and crafts.

Gresham Manor
Everyone that we have come intact with has been outstanding. They have made our life here great.. Right now we are in lockdown because of all the cases of Covid..which has nothing to do with staff. People don't listen to the rules of the place..oh well!! We really do love it here..It all came about pretty fast but worked out for us. So yes if someone is looking for a place they really need to contact A Place For Mom.Thanks for your help.

I am currently a resident at Holiday Gresham Manor. I am very happy here. The food is, for the most part, okay but not could use improvement. The office and service staff are courteous, pleasant, and helpful. I would recommend this facility to others.

Friendly Staff
The food is good. They seem to have lots of activiites. The value for the money is good. I picked this community because of the attitude of the staff, and the warmness. Everyone seems to like everyone. It seemed to be a good fit for me.

Holiday Gresham Manor review
The staff are nice but there's always staff shortage. The food is mediocre. The bus doesn't have a wheelchair lift. The activities are fin, and diverse. There is something for everyone. There is a little room for improvement overall, but I have made some really great friends too. Some of the problems come from a food chain issue with Cisco Foods and some from low pay for staff.

My husband stayed here before. He said everything was good then. When ownership changed, so did quality of food. Kitchen service is slow. Food is bad half of the time. (Food scheduled on menu - almost not the same.) Staff is nice. Servers are nice but need more training.

Come One, Come All
I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. We have been satisfied with our experience. so far Our loved one has been pleased with the community and has settled in nicely. The staff we have dealt with have been helpful, friendly, and nice.
The management communication with the family has been nice and helpful. The food is enjoyed by our loved one. There are three meals a day served and there choices for the residents to choose from.

Mom likes it here
My loved one does not like the food, it's super traditional food, such as; lmeat, and mashed pototoes. Sometimes the meals is overcooked. They offer a lot of activities, and one per day. The process of moving in was easy, and the staff was friendly. When you walk down the hall, you get a good feeling. Overall, my loved one is happy there.

Excellent, Highly recommend Greshem Manor
My brother and I moved Mom into a beautiful, 1 bedroom, 4 years ago. Less expensive and a much nicer facility then all others we looked at. 4 years later Mom wants to stay as long as she can. The new salesperson found us a beautifully refurbished studio in one day. This move from a 1 bedroom to a studio will allow Mom to stay many years. It has beautiful plank flooring throughout., windows provide natural light, and is near an exit for easy access with her dog. Mom is excited about her new space and we couldn’t be happier. Mom loves the quality and selection.of the 3 meals included with the rent, and the many activities on site including fitness and pleasure,. Mom has aged backwards the last 4 years. She feels her quality of life is better than ever. I can’t say enough about Greshem Manor. Very clean, safe and the staff is amazing, We are thankful our 82 year’s young Mom will stay where she loves for many years to come. Thank you Greshem Manor for making this possible.

I would recommend them
Gresham Manor is a great place. My brother had a really good experience. He was really enjoying it here and starting to fit in. I like the staff members that worked here a lot, especially [name removed] and [name removed]. He will be moving out soon because he needs more care now and cannot live in independent living anymore, but it was a great experience.

Our Tour Experience
Our tour was really good, and it was a very nice place. It was our 2nd choice. The staff was very knowledgeable. I thought it was neat that they had attached assisted living facilities. So if you went in on the retirement side and then needed more care later, they could just move you to the other side of the building. That was a very attractive feature. We found nothing at all wrong with Gresham Manor. We just ended up choosing another place that was a better bang for the buck and had a little bit better food.

I have made lots of friends here
The apt sizes are ok it depends on what you're used to, but they offer several different sizes. The food was not as good during covid, it is getting better now we are starting to go back to the dining room is small groups. I would recommend this community to others if you can afford it.

Great staff members
I have had a great experience at Gresham Manor. All of the staff members have been very nice and friendly to us and we have no issues with them at all. With COVID going on, we are in our rooms a lot. Before COVID, they had quite a few activities for residents to choose from. They do a great job with cleaning. I would recommend.

I would say the community was a decent place.
I wish the food had a little more variety for my loved one.
The room for my loved one is nice, and small. It is a good space for my loved one and it works for her. There is a kitchenette, but no stove.

Decrease in quality of services

I am a resident of Gresham Manor for over 4 years. In the last year I have observed a decrease in basic services such as cleaness, functioning of help service pendants and difficulty getting timely replacement of pendants. This presents safety issues for residents as there is no staff in house for twelve hours a day. Administrative duties have been assigned to maintenance, activity director, and kitchen help.
