Loved Kiley Ranch! So friendly, professional and caring. The facility is very clean and well managed. They had fun. Activities on schedule for residents and guests to attend, Luau for instance. My decided to be residents for personal reasons.

When I picked up my dad his room was pretty dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of days. My dad had fallen while there and I never received a call to let me know. When I asked what happened the nurse said she didn't know and would have the manager call me back. I never received a call back. It was a pretty nasty fall too. It covered his thigh, arm and knee and a scratch on his face. Rating for administration - due to never calling back to follow up about my dads fall. And confusion with the initial payment options accepted. They have an ok variety for meals.

Your facility has as many services as most similar facilities, but frankly, I am not sure any of the facilities have the staff or budget to keep the residents really happy. For example, my mother in law lives for Scrabble. There is no way on earth your or others' staffs have the time to just sit and play games with the residents.

Kiley Ranch is a top notch facility from the initial tour to the intake process to the move in day. Excellent amenities offered from the food to the beautiful acreage it sits on. The staff go above and beyond and are attentive to all the needs of my aunt. Definitely recommend Kiley Ranch.

Say what you want. MIL wedding rings stolen. Her Princess [name removed] plate. Plus some Hummels. Told to call the police that despite paying $[fee removed] a month they are not responsible. No returned phone calls. MULTIPLE messages left for [name removed] the manager and [name removed] in memory care. Got UTI with Ecoli. She died in assisted care due to belong left dirty. In assisted care last 2 weeks. In memory care 2 long years. Don’t leave your loved one here. There has to be something better.

The staff was helpful and almost all the experiences there were positive I did see one insect in the halls during my mom's stay, and there was a distinct and unpleasant odor in the memory care facility. However, my mom's room was clean and her trash was emptied as needed (which was a LOT). They have great caretakers. That was the most important part to us. Mom got attentive, expert care there. Mom couldn't eat much while she was there due to medical issues, so not sure about the meals/dining. Mom didn't recover enough to do any activities, so I can't provide any comments on the activities. It was pricey but they did provide a lot for that money. I have no idea whether the charges were reasonable. They helped to file for long-term care insurance. That was nice. The doctor there helped me understand Mom's condition and let me know what may follow. I didn't always want to hear it but the preparation really helped. I remember a couple of her caretakers seeming so happy to help. Like, smiling when they were helping her get out of bed. I once went there to trim Mom's hair and the caretaker complimented her new 'do. They helped me take her outside into the sunshine. Little things like that made Mom smile. Mom died shortly after moving there, and one thing that comforted me a great deal was that we had chosen such a good place for her last weeks. If we had chosen a place solely based on cost, I may be living with that guilt for a long time.

They seem to be struggling to keep staff which has led to less cleaning, inconsistent meal quality and light activities. The staff that has been there for some time are wonderful.

Besides the value for cost we would have to give everything a 5, especially the food. I have eaten there several times and it is good. My Mom was in an assisted living facility in Sacramento and it was all buffet. not good! Depending on the cost, we would recommend this community to other families.

I will tell you Kiely Ranch is the best place everyone there is great. They went out of their way to help us with our mom and get her to her appointments. I also know she did like the place and people. Unfortunately she was only there three weeks but in that time the people there formed a relationship with our mom and staff told us how much they cared for our mom and would miss her. The food is good, the place is very clean and they have activities for the people that living there which is great. I would recommend Kiely Ranch to anybody that needs a places for their parents because they can't take care of themselves or be in there home anymore.

Moved my Mom here from Clearwater Reno and it’s been a positive experience in both the financial side and her housing plus the staff is competent and responsive. The food and activities are top notch and my Mom loves it there. Highly recommended!

Excellent from the first contact. Our loved one moved in about a month ago and seems very content with it all. Good food and lots of things to do. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Very easy to work with from the beginning to move in.

Looking for assisted living that also has memory care for my father in law since we just moved to Reno. We have seen just about every place in town and Kylie Ranch was a stand out. The whole place and every one who we met was bright and cheery. My advice is to not decide on a place based on just one thing like discounts or high pressured sales people. Take your time and I think you will agree that Kylie Ranch will be at the top of your shopping list

My father is currently a resident at Kiley Ranch and everything has been very good for him so far at this facility. The move in process was great, we had no issues and they were very accommodating. My father really likes the meals. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness and value for cost are great. The care services and overall friendliness are very good. I would recommend Kiley Ranch to others.

My friend and neighbor moved here last month and she invited me over for lunch and it was very good, lots of choices. What a great place. I like that it's smaller because people can just get lost in a big place and not just literally. The aids, kitchen staff, cleaning staff and management are even better than we expected. We used to have to wait a while for the elevator when it was time to eat or just to go places, but at Kilee Ranch everyone and everything is all on the same floor. Now Im thinking about making a move myself so that my friend will be my neighbor once again and we'll both be enjoying life!

The community is very clean and the staff members are great. With the care services, there is not enough tenured staff. It seems like pretty high turnover and not enough people. With the meals and dining service they are having staffing shortages, but the food is decent but very small portions. They could do more outings, and the value for cost is okay value. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. They seem to be going through some growing pains but if they can sort those out their potential is great!

Thank you and A Place for Mom. My sister and I were pretty lost. When we needed guidance the most, you guys were there for us. We truly appreciate the work y'all do.The memory care section was the right place for my mom. She hadn't had dementia before hip surgery, but she needed extra care while recovering. Between Kiley Ranch and Infinity Hospice, she got the care she needed to live out her last days in comfort.

From the day we signed the paperwork to the day our mom passed away there, everyone was so helpful and friendly. We could have never found a better place. I also wanted to add on her first day not only did the staff welcome her, but the residents told her welcome to our community. Our mom told us she like the staff and when they checked on her they would visit for a little bit. She had an appointment every week and there was this one week there was a problem and [name removed] the director arranged her ride and went with her so she was not alone. That was the most caring thing she could have done for our mom. But that is how all the staff is there, very big hearts. Since she could not be in her home anymore, I am very happy she was at Kiley Ranch Assisted living for her last days. We choose Kiley Ranch because it was so bright and open with all the windows it was so nice to see outside. The other places just did not have that or the warm family feeling as Kiley Ranch did. I would tell anyone looking for a place for their family members that this is the best place.

Kiley Ranch was a lovely place. It’s brand new. The people I met were really nice. Like a lot of the places that we looked at, it was more expensive and had a lot more activities. It felt fancier. None of that was anything my loved one would have been interested in. But for somebody who wants a very nice, luxury experience with lots of activities and things do, it’s a great place. The Executive Director called me after the tour to follow up. And she was very gracious when I told her we had selected another place, which I appreciated.

I thought Kiley Ranch was a really nice place. It was brand new. I liked everything about it. My loved one preferred a different place, but had the choice been up to me, I would have picked Kiley Ranch.
