<p>Rest and relaxation await here at La Posada. Our resort inspired amenities include beautiful pools, a relaxing spa and two state of the art fitness centers. Our wellness director is an expert in helping residents master fitness and coordinates a variety of exercise opportunities. For our golf enthusiasts, your PGA Golf Club membership is included as a resident and we’ll even provide the transportation to and from. Aside from our stellar amenities, we’re in close proximity to and schedule frequent outings to the surrounding upscale and casual dining, museums, shopping and so much more.</p>
<p>Our goal is to provide residents with the support they need to maintain their active, independent lifestyle and help them flourish in a more carefree environment. Health and wellness programs are personalized to each resident to help keep them feeling their best. Medication management is available, as is hospice should you ever need it. Transportation to and from appointments is provided as well, so you can keep up with your physicians of choice without the hassle of coordinating a ride or driving yourself.</p>
<p>To further simplify the lives of residents, meals are provided at one of the several on-site dining venues where they are served restaurant style, and room service is available upon request. No matter where you choose to dine, our culinary teams prepare meals that are nutritious, delicious and can accommodate a variety of dietary needs and preferences. Routine housekeeping and laundry services are available as well, helping lift the burdens of maintaining a house and home, and creating more space for exploring interests and embracing retirement.</p>
