People are friendly

They have potlucks and lunches and desserts and stuff like that. My mother in law lives there and so now both my parents live there, so they chose it because of convinience and they had an opening available. My mother in laws been there for about 15 years and she recommended it, everybody's friendly, no issues. Other places had issues, but they probably still would have gone with it, but they're all pretty similar.

We did not go to meet with this contact person. We drove to the property - it looked like an old motel that had been turned into apartments. Did not look like the photo. Very bad.

Nice neighborhood location - birds everywhere - natural setting. Not sure if Mom would want to be on the first floor. All units are walk-in level with 2 entrances/exits. The director was nice and informative.
