Not Good

There are always going to be problems wherever you go but my honest opinion would be before you put a loved one in a facility ask the residents that have lived there the pro/cons of the living conditions, management issues, maintenance problems, etc. Loess Hills Estates in the 51534 area is not rated well and that’s for good reason. Reasons I am familiar with: Serious issues relating to resident safety, maintenance, and the management of LHE. This is not a place I would put a loved one in.
