Very happy with the care & kindness

My sister has been at Lynwood since [date removed] . She had a bit of a hard time adjusting & suffered some bumps in the road along the way. The staff at Lynwood showed a great deal of patience and went out of their way to make her feel at home. They have also been right on top of any medical issues she has had. Now that she’s settled in, I’ve seen such an improvement in my Sister. She’s become so social, has gotten involved in and loves the activities and crafts. She’s made friends and goes around visiting everyone to where she’s rarely in her room. There are meetings where the staff and residents get together. The residents can openly talk about any issues they may be having or make suggestions to what they would like to see added to their activities or to the menu list. The rooms are clean and neat, could use a little paint but I believe that’s scheduled to be done. Mostly I give them 5 stars because she is so well cared for & that gives me a great amount of peace.
