We’re proud to be a family-owned and operated assisted living home offering three levels of care to accommodate any patient’s health needs.</p> <p>The historical land of Jarrettsville got its name from the Jarrett family, who farmed the area during the 1800s. Our property is minutes from Ladew Topiary Gardens and My Lady’s Manor horse country. Residents are free to explore the vast landscapes in the peaceful countryside or take a day trip to downtown Baltimore, just 30 miles northeast, where travelers can see the largest public collection of Matisse paintings in the world, dine on fresh seafood with waterfront views, and discover the city’s influential history at the many museums and monuments Baltimore has to offer.</p> <h3>Community Amenities and Services</h3> <p>For ultimate stress-free living, we are happy to offer residents with housekeeping services, along with laundry and dry cleaning services. Depending on the level of care selected at registration, some residents may take advantage of our physical assistance services in helping residents dress, groom, and bathe up to seven times per week. Regular nighttime safety checks, daily escort service to meals and activities, and two-person transfer assistance are also offered to residents with our higher levels of care.</p> <p>Our fully-trained staff strives to provide the highest quality care to our residents around the clock, including diabetic, incontinence, memory care, and medication management. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy to any resident in need of it, and we encourage residents to take advantage of our on-site nurse, doctor, and podiatrist when necessary. Our community is fully secured and complete with an enclosed courtyard for those with memory difficulties or who are prone to wandering.</p> <p>In our charming, clean community dining spaces, we provide three nutritious meals per day as well as tasty snacks and are happy to modify dishes for those with gluten-free, sugar-free, or low/no sodium special diets. Residents are free to enjoy the striking views of the open countryside from our outdoor common areas in the fresh air and sunlight, or indoors through our large windows from the comfort of the sofa. Anticipate on-site devotional activities and other religious services offered on a regular schedule. Residents can also look forward to getting creative in our art classes, stretching their limits in yoga/chair yoga classes, and enjoying social time at our frequent community barbecues, picnics, and holiday and birthday parties.</p> <h3>Living Arrangements</h3> <p>Our clean, modern units provide members with a peaceful space for ultimate relaxation. Private and shared units offer residents ample natural light and quality comfort. Respite or short term stays are offered with most leases being month-to-month.
