Relaxed and Quite Atmosphere

So far the manager is a wonderful guy. He's had to hire some new people, and i'm okay with some of them, but I have had issues with another, but that kind of goes with it. It's just a wonderful place and it is so relaxed and quite. It is saving me a lot of grief.

Elder abuse

This place will bully dementia patients into signing over power of attorney rights and they raise the price often. They also serve terrible food and don't follow dietary restrictions for specific residents. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Best place ever!!

I can't say enough good about Magic Hands. It was so hard to let go of our parents to someone else but George & Kellie made it easy due to their kindness & love towards our parents. We felt like they care for them as if they were their own.

Excellent setting and groun...

Excellent setting and grounds. Wonderful backyard with garden, covered patio with bar-b-que and table and chairs. Interior was open, lots of room for residents to use walkers and not feel cramped. Didn't see other activities readily available to participate in by the residents. Sparse room for personal belongings (furniture/stuff). Can bring own bed, dresser but not much more. No RN or LPN. Lots of outings for those who can participate. George knows all the best donut shops from Lake Tapps to Olympia.
