Marconi Villa

Offering seniors individualized and personable care in their new home, Marconi Villa provides intimate assisted living in a residential setting in a lovely corner of Sacramento, California. The Haggin Oaks golf course is right next door, along with multiple well-kept parks and walking trails. Residents and visitors find no shortage of activities within reach, whether it’s visiting the Crocker Art Museum, the railroad museum, or the Sacramento Zoo. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities nearby.

With a six-bed capacity, Marconi Villa is a smaller care home, which means that residents benefit from a higher staff-to-resident ratio. There's not a large pool of rotating caregivers, so seniors enjoy a sense of familiarity. At Marconi Villa, seniors receive excellent attention. The caring staff notices small changes in behavior, mood, or health and creates personalized wellness plans. Caregivers staff the house 24 hours a day and are trained to be responsive to a large number of needs.

Families and seniors can choose from private or shared rooms, but all are comfortable and tidy, and have excellent natural light. This facility is truly a home, and residents share meals in the dining room, play games in the living room, or enjoy the beautiful California weather...
