Over all, a nice place for dad.

We had our mom in hospice at their San Manuel facility for a very short time and while there was treated with love and care. Our dad went into the [removed] facility and moved over to the [removed] facility, also hospice. He spent over a year with Mary and Pete’s and in both places was treated well and taken good care of. I could not add a rating on activities because neither could participate. Thank you ladies for love and kindness shown to both our parents.

Bad experience! ??

Poor Communication, NO prorated refund after death despite having only lived 3 days there ([name removed] kept the full amount of rent plus deposit), too short of visiting hrs (put us out of the room during visit, in order to perform procedures and bathing, my beloved had dry parched lips and complained of not getting enough water. So sad. I would NEVER recommend this place??

HORRIBLE PLACE

We were treated horribly . Very little communication. Mom cried to get out of there. When we left, they gave us someone else’s meds. Thankfully hospice noticed and corrected this. We had to have an ombudsman there to help us get mom out of there. They gave us such a hard time. They lie , their visiting hours are so limited. 9-noon, then 1to 4, on Fridays visiting ends at noon, no visiting on Saterdays. We thought we’d never have dinner again with mom. They buckle and dime you to death. They treated my poor dad like trash. They listened in on visits with mom. Other residents told me how they were messing up in their meds. One begged the ombudsman to get him out of there. We moved mom out of there and she is now in a living place. I’m even arranging fun activities for the residents. We can visit EVERY DAY from 9:40 I. The morning til 7 at night. We love it! I am so glad we got mom out of Mary and Pete’s and pray for the poor residents that are still in their care.

Love for Mom

Mary & Pete's was a God send for my mom. She received excellent care from all the staff at M&P. They would let her assist them with easy task so she felt useful and that made her feel so good. Thank you to [name removed] and everyone for making her last days so happy. We will be forever grateful.

Very nice manager who is an...

Very nice manager who is an LVN. The house was spacious, the activities varied and a good backyard to read the paper and have a cup of coffee. Patrons love this place, one has brought her father-in-law after she brought her mother.
